Highly recommend Charlotte AT&T for cable and mobile phone services.  We have had excellent support and service; and follow up from their customer service over the last 3 years.  This week during construction the cable was cut.  We put in call and we're told a service tech would be out next afternoon.  There were a couple prompt customer service calls to confirm.  Next day-they we're able to get us earlier repair and everything was taken care of by noon.  They sent Michael and he was fantastic, quick, efficient; knowledgeable and personable ensuring everything was repaired and our tv and wi-fi worked fine before leaving.  Michael also provided some sound advice for protecting the cable and enabling future easy repair access for when our concrete is poured in that area.  We highly recommend ATT Charlotte for wifi needs.

I purchased a new phone today (June 18). 3 different store members refused to sell me the phone though unless I also purchased an accessory like a screen protector. They flat out told me no and that it was a company policy. Unless I purchased the $39.99 screen protector, they would not let me walk out of the store with the phone. I just called T-Mobile customer service and they said there is no such policy as that. I needed the phone before I go out of town for work so I got forced into it, but I at least got a refund when I called Customer Service.
