Worst experience ever. Never buy any restaurant equipment from here. First they will sell you open box items at full retail, then when you try to return it, they wont accept because it now has a small scratch. They sold me an item open-box and were expecting me to bring it back like its brand new in a box. The item was never used since it wouldnt plug in to the outlet and I even called to make sure if they will offer exchange, so I drove 1 hour right away to get it exchanged and when I got there, they refused to exchange or return. Worst service, worst place to buy restaurant equipment.

Sold me a brand new defective product and when I tried to exchange it (within the exchange period) they told me I'm more than welcome to buy a new one and hope for a better 2nd chance.

Carolina Cooks is by far the top local restaurant supply source. Owned by a local restauranteur, they excel in service, responsiveness and fair prices. Our prep station's compressor died so we decided to replace it. I called Gershon and asked if he had one on the floor with the correct specs that could be delivered today, knowing that was an almost impossible request. He immediately ensured that the measurements would work, taking the time to measure all aspects of the unit. He then coordinated delivery THE SAME DAY and did this in a matter of 30 minutes. The delivery team literally was calling me in less than 2 hours, asking if they could come early to deliver. They also took the old one away for $100 which was very helpful. They are our number 1 partner for equipment and understand how difficult the F&B business is. Thank you Carolina Cooks team!

They sell new damaged products without any type of guarantee. I lost 700 dollars and no one answers. Two days of use and no one responds, they only know how to say no. I don't respond in any way .. Very, very bad customer service that I have encountered in the United States.
