Charlie is top notch. Charlie sold our condo uptown in 2 weeks during arguably one of the toughest times we've seen in recent memory (May 2020). Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we couldn't do an open house, but Charlie was quick to use virtual tools to make our listing unbelievably impressive. The photographs, video tour, and drone shots were fantastic and he truly made the process feel effortless. His professionalism matched with a superb support team are unmatched. While I don't want to move again anytime soon - the next time I do, I'll be calling Charlie to list!

Charlie is a wonderful realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and he was incredibly patient and helpful through the entire process. I had countless questions and requests that he always responded to within a few hours (and most of the time within the hour). His assistant, Matt, is also such a great person to work with. Both of them made themselves available for last minute showings throughout the week at all different hours. My entire buying process was seamless and that wouldnt be possible without their team. I would highly recommend them to any homebuyer (especially first timers). I know Ill be using Charlie in the future!
