My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Dan and Cori on four real estate transactions. Each time they have exceeded my expectations. They are diligent, upfront, and kind. We have continued to work with them over these past 10 years because they always steer us in the right direction, away from potential pitfalls, and towards a successful deal. Buying and selling real estate is a stressful experience, but Dan and Cori help make the experience positive. Dan and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout our home buying experience. Dan has a valuable perspective on property value that he shared honestly, but without pressure. They handled and advised on every aspect of the process and were responsive to all questions and proactive in making sure we knew what we needed to do as well.

My husband and I have purchased two homes with Dan. Our first experience was superb! Dan was patient with us while we found the right home at the right price in the right neighborhood for us. He helped us navigate the home-buying process and we never felt pressured. We knew after our first experience that when it was time to buy our next home, Dan would be the realtor for us. Well, that happened and we are incredibly happy with our new home and our wonderful experience. Dan and Cori make the process easy.
