Adrienne was the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable realtor agent we met in our move to Charlotte area. She was always available when we needed her and she always answered all of our questions/requests in a timely manner. Adrienne is everything you could ask for in a realtor. Super knowledgeable about Charlotte and all of it's areas, willing to push back during negotiations and gave great advice. Most of all, she went above and beyond to help me get this done when my work schedule was insane and I needed the help. She really was my partner in this.

Adrienne helped us with a cross country move and she was so easy to work with, she made appointments for us and organized where and when to see homes in the zip codes we were interested in the week we arrived in town. Im so grateful we had Adrienne to help us as first time North Carolina homebuyers, she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly and we got the home we wanted and were able to close in 3 weeks! She also helped get us quotes for fixes for the entire inspection report (no other realtor has ever done that for us, this is our third time buying a home, first time in NC). Thanks Adrienne

Adrienne has been an absolute pleasure to work with during our home search. We first met with Adrienne while on vacation, before we even moved to South Carolina. She went out of her way to meet with and talk to us about the area and even went so far as to research school districts that would be of interest to us. She helped us find a rental to live in temporarily so we would have time to get to know the area and then make an informed decision on where to live. Once the time came time to begin the search for a home to purchase, Adrienne went above and beyond expectations to show us houses that fit our criteria and never hesitated to meet us where and whenever we had availability for a showing. She works with very professional vendors for inspections and repairs. Her tireless efforts are impressive to say the least. You could not hope to have a better real estate agent working for you. Despite the added scheduling and logistical burden of a cross-country move, Adrienne was exemplary. She was able to scout properties we were interested in and provide us with frank feedback before we would decide to travel to see them in person. And when we would be unable to travel, she gave us a live video tour. In fact, the home we chose was one which we never stepped foot in until after our offer was accepted. I never imagined Id be comfortable doing that, but in the time we worked with Adrienne, we developed incredible trust in her experience and expertise, as well as her understanding of our needs, wants, and tastes. Adrienne was able to coordinate each of the various expert inspections, and there were a lot of them per our choice. In addition, she was able to provide us with repair quotes and scheduling of repairs. Perhaps the part that took the least effort on her part, but was hugely reassuring to us, came when title issues arose which drug out for weeks. Adrianna was continuously in communication with the sellers agent, mortgage lender, and the lawyers to keep us updated and positive. I really cant say enough about how happy we are that we came across Adrienne Priest. At no time did we feel we were low-priority or sharing our time together with other clients. She was responsive, even proactive, and worked to make sure we had the best chance possible to get the home we truly wanted in such a fast moving real estate market. Just wonderful. We have many colleagues who will be moving to this area over the next year for the same corporate relocation, and I won't hesitate to recommend Adrienne Priest.
