        image I applied for a unit on this rental company's website beginning of October for Tryon Forest Apts. After being approved, they told me they had rented the unit I had applied for already ...that very day (great business practice) and another one, with higher rent, wouldn't be ready until the end of November. I asked was there any other homes 1 or 2bdrms I could move into because my lease was ending 10/31/17 and I needed somewhere for my daughter and I to stay ........NEVER HEARD BACK FROM MAYRA! luckily I disputed the app fee with my bank and got my money back
