    Communication with residents is non-existent and they dont provide any value to the community. They will talk themselves up as helping to manage the community but from what Ive seen they dont even do that and theyre unwilling to help solve any issues in the community, even when the issues involve obvious violations of the community rules. Update - months later and nothing has changed. Dont know what this company does all day because its certainly not responding to residents or doing anything related to the community.

    I was looking at a house to buy in Silver Run. Are you the management company? If so, how can you allow a homeowner to build 2 large buildings in addition to the house on a quarter lot. This neighborhood looks terrible. I have decided not to purchase a house in Silver Run. It appears you can do whatever you want

    The Community Manager is not returning our phone calls and that is absolutely unprofessional. The fact that we have been back and forth with this company about getting approval to get a fence put up on the property just purchased is unacceptable. Instead of all the denial letters, why wont someone call Mariah Washington and schedule a time to meet with her to decide WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE with fencing her property. I have heard sad stories about HOAs, but to actually witness it is disheartening. We called last Thursday and was told the Community Manager would call us back, no call returned, which was not surprising to the homeowner. PLEASE LETS GET THIS RESOLVED! You have the numberPLEASE CALL US BACK!

Even though we are doing everything in our authority to resolve a violation, we have to rely on your fellow owner to correct their issue. Thanks for your patience as this can take time. Sorry you didn't buy in Silver Run. It's a great community! The community does back up to another neighborhood that is not governed by an HOA. If that is what you are referring to, it is not within jurisdiction of the HOA or by Red Rock. All the best in your home search.
