The walkthrough / estimate provided us with comfort that they would take great care of our belongings. Joan was responsive via email and follow up with a great value estimate. Trevor and his team whom moved us provide exceptional service in wrapping all furniture and handling items with care. The whole team delivered an excellent service and eliminated a huge stress brought on by moving. The team even suggested set up which exceeded my visions, further reducing my stress! I cannot thank this team enough and would highly recommend Grade A movers for any moving job! You will not be disappointed!

This is unfortunately a case of mistaken identity. Grade A Movers never contracted with this person's aunt. The experience reported is understandably unacceptable, but our company was not the one involved. It is very important to have the record set straight, because the reputation of Grade A Movers is being challenged. Please check the facts of the case and confirm that the company involved was not Grade A Movers, a company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Very Best Regards, Joan

This company promised to help my elderly aunt move in the Mt. Clemens, MI area. However, they never showed up or called her to explain why they weren't able to assist her in moving. Now remind you, my aunt is 70 years old. Anyone, especially, someone that is a senior citizen deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. They provided none of those elements. Therefore, I highly recommend not using this company due to their lack of customer service. If I was able to give them a zero star, I would.

Grade A Movers was awesome, they were prompt and packed up all my furniture and delivered without a scratch...Price was very reasonable and made my move very simple...
