    This is no way a reflection of the two guys who moved us, they took good care of our stuff, and did a good job The issue I have is I was quoted around $388 for my move and ended up being double that, $700+. We went one hour over but we were very organized and we even helped the two men move our boxes. This is after a two hour delay from my 10AM start time while we helped the guys get their truck out of our ditch. Saving this company from having to call a wrecker to get their truck out of our ditch. Very disappointed in their “quoting” process, feels like they tell you something super cheap to get your stuff in a truck then ends up being doubled once you get to your destination.

    Broke my tv but would not pay for it because it was not in a box . At the end of the day y’all are movers and supposed to know how to move a tv ! GM was very rude about it ! NEVER AGAIN !

    I don't leave many reviews, however the experience I had with this company is indeed note worthy. The crew that showed up for my move was very unprofessional. Aside from their mask policy, which they weren't following they also mishandled majority of my belongings. During the move they let me know that payment was collected mid process (as in they stopped and sat down in the truck and refused to unload my belongings). Payment wasn't ever an issue however they made it out as if it was. They accused me of non payment (which never happened) and threatened to take my belongings ( which I later was told because their last move apparently went down like this and this is a policy?). They also broke a number of my items from simple careless behavior. The movers later apologized, I will give credit for that however my issue stems majority with the culture of this company. No one has responded back regarding my claim, additionally while these issues were occurring a manager called me and said he would come down to mitigate the situation and never showed up. I think collecting payment "mid move" is not a policy that is conducive to a move. The guys had been working, they were in a flow and had to just stop. Stagnated time that was literally billed to me. Also, The reviews you see on here, unless there is a comment they are misleading. When I went to sign my final documents I was asked to leave a google review. I said I like to decline and will leave it on my own time. They told me I couldn't do that and I would HAVE to leave a review to finalize the process. I just declined, so the mover said ok I will leave us a 5 star then. What!?!? Moving forward, I will be vetting any full moving service prior to working with. Many of these mistakes could have been avoided had there been proper training in place and some basic customer service skills utilized. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is a couple of the employees were kind enough to work through some of these issues (although nothing has been resolved). I honestly feel bad they are working for a company like this. Also, y'all this is the short and sweet. My move was weeks ago and I haven't wanted to relive this, I could go on but won't lol.

    Worst experience I’ve ever if you’re a customer they definitely DO NOT care! Rude customer service. Terrible company! STAY AWAY. Broke items scratched floors. UPDATE: they will never work with you on a claim they seem to have no “management” been waiting on a call back from Josh but no response. When I call I can hear them in the background telling each other not to transfer me or what they should say. Just a horrible company. They have no clue what they are doing. The owner is always projecting how great he is at business on Facebook but not actually putting any effort in just going to hornets games and probably drinking a lot. I saw a post on here that said a lot about that but for some reason it’s deleted. They don’t want the truth out.
