      image Unbelievably rude service from the Manager Regina.   After over a 40 minute wait for the courtesy shuttle 13 people crowded on... There is only room for 11 with seat belts.  I chose to be safe and took a cab knowing the hotel would want their guests to be safe.  I was wrong. They refused to pay the driver claiming they had no idea they didn't have enough seats.   Breakfast was offered instead of compensation but the cab drive preferred to get paid this evening   He didn't want breakfast
