Imagine being a nurse and not being able to sleep for 3 days straight because you decided to book at this hotel When I say this has been the worst experience Ive had at a hotel i really do mean the worst I already knew it wasnt going to be the best hotel once I pulled in random crack heads standing around waiting watching you get out of your vehicle as you go in. Once in the building I notice it wasnt very clean had a smell took the elevator up to my room . My room wasnt dirty but I can tell they rush and SPOT clean the rooms (I use to be a housekeeper so I know when something has not been wiped down and needless to say nothing has been wiped down ) I checked the bed and the bathroom there was a diaper left in the room from previous guest and hair all in the shower so I know that wasnt cleaned . I would give the room 7/10. Idk who knocked and bang on my door more between maintenance and housekeeping. Maintenance came in my room while trying to sleep multiple times dealing with the fire alarm which continued to go off throughout the day . The sound eventually stopped but the light kept blinking I wasnt the only one who had this issue went down to front desk and explained that if I would have had epilepsy I wouldve been dead by now housekeeping knocks hard and loud first thing in the morning even when you tell them that there is no housekeeping that is needed. When I refused they went downstairs and told management who also came back and knocked even more harder and louder who then explained that its mandatory they clean the rooms and give linen that I didnt even receive. Housekeeping came in and literally was sweeping air out the corners of the room ( keep in mind I havent really been here so there was nothing to clean) they left every light on didnt closed the door continued to be very loud after I had stated I havent been able to sleep at all because of the amount of noise I will never try to save a few dollars again cuz this wasnt smart at all I worked 16 hrs shifts for 3 days and havent got anything close to sleep never will I stay here again

Ms. Stormy is awesome. She was very helpful when they overbooked. She still managed to find me a room at this property! She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
