image Ive been going here for years. Today after my visit with Aislyn, I wont b returning. I wouldnt trust my goldfish with these unsympathetic, Deaf doctors!!
I am going thru sheer hell and have been forc2 years. Ive patiently explained every detail to Aislyn and the outpatient staff. She heard but didnt listen, suggesting new meds that Ive been on previously with horrible side effects. I asked for a half miligram increase in my measley 1 mg klonipin a day. Just to help me thru this rough patch. Im 62 yrs old and unhealthy. I cant begin to explain how I felt when told Id be taken off of these. The panics already unmanageable. I know now Ill b getting meds off of TOR. These people are so uncaring and plain DO NOT CARE!!! Please, if u have a mental health emergency, find somewhere else to go. Do NOT waste your time and health going here. Youll b treated like YOU dont matter!! I cant explain the depths of my dissappointment!!

image Russ was a wonderful NP, he believed in me and cared. Retired and my first therapis Lindat was good also, retired also.
Bad therapist, my last one kept comparing my race with theirs. As for talking they skimmed the surface. They complained how much of a work load they had. Then out of the blue she ad me to go back to waiting area and write why we should continue, they ended by saying they were not helping I think they prefer their own race. As for ER good luck, twice I had to sleep in the hallway, they don't know anything about how to treat someone with value. Technicians talked amoung themselves and took pictures of the floor patterns. I once had a superficial cut and was sent to main ER on Kings Dr. Heck, before the Medics came the nurse? Washed the wound with saline using a siringe with needle twice burn like hell. When I was sent back they sent me to Kings Mountain BH, they released me in less of a week. Heck, they released me before a court appointment, saying it wasn't needed. Then I go register for a card that homeless need if they want help, I had on my record I skipped a court appointment! Plus, there was a time sent me to Davidson BH. (Don't go there EVER, care bombing at the beginning) Inpatient was bad, one technician kept getting me carried into the quiet room and a nice shot in the bum. They also made me once sleep in the hallway and another time sleep without covers. The big thing was she took me to the bathroom to strip search. I would not remove my under clot5so she had me carried to the dark side. They played as if they cared when visiting time came. A nurse I don't have a clue to why, she saw me drinking water and had me carried to males side in quiet room and restrained one arm was tight and they did nothing just sit there and talked to others. Being homeless they were not nice about me asking to leave my items up front. The sign in the lady was rude, the nurse rushed me through the vitals, didn't ask all the questions that they asked when I wasn't. I like my current provider, but I felt rushed again maybe it was they were a hour late and that never happened before and there was not a soul in waiting area, except two others and they were properly called to their provider., I told them I felt anxious and they said it was normal Russ had me on a medication that helped. Plus they never fixed mtmy issues with my meds when inpatient which was 1/3 of my dosage of one meds. Then my provider cut 1/2 of my meds. etc
