Centers of Psychiatric Excellence - Charlotte

This facility will not tell you about the numerous bad experiences that people have had with their treatments. They will over promise what they can deliver, and the psychiatrist they have running evaluations has no idea what he is doing. He takes people off medication with no concern about side effects, and then lashes out when the patient expresses concern. Clearly could not get a job anywhere else and now spends his time selling a scam. They will upsell you and tell you that you need 20 sessions, with each session costing $450. They will lie and tell you this is necessary, when any legit doctor will tell you this is crazy.

I've been working with the amazing doctors and staff at COPE for the last few months and they are fantastic. They actually listen and work WITH you to try and help. I can't recommend them highly enough.

All of the doctors and support staff at COPE in Charlotte are excellent. You are always made to feel welcome and safe. While of course every patient is different, the ketamine treatments can be miraculous.

The staff here are extremely professional, kind, and on time. They are always on time and willing to help in any way. I have gone from 10 medications to 3 medications thanks to these ketamine treatments.
