Jessica is everything you could ever want in a therapist! She is kind and extremely easy to talk to, but will give sound and direct feedback when needed. She also provides great suggestions of things to do in between sessions that actually help you progress in your healing and discovery and she is invested in your journey. She is the best therapist I have had! I whole heartedly recommend her!

I rarely write reviews (especially personal ones), but if this could help someone make the decision to start counseling it is worth it for me. COVID-19 has effected myself and my household in so many different ways. I knew it was the time to talk to someone about how overwhelmed and sad I had been feeling. I wasn't open to the idea of meeting with someone virtually because I just wanted to get out of my home. After I continued to decline, I said that I just didn't have any other options. Meeting with Jessica through telehealth was the best decision I could've made! She is so warm, full of personality and skilled in her counseling approach- I literally felt better after the first evaluation with her. She uses this approach that just makes sense. It is very practical and works well for the analytical side of my brain- that often causes me to overthink things. I'm happy I took the risk and look forward to COVID going away so that I can meet with her in person one day.

I was not sure about attending the depression session. This isn't something that people in my circle really do. But after attending the first session with Jessica I feel confident. She is very friendly with her patients. She helped me get rid of my depression and learn better ways to handle situations that trigger it to come back. I would like to thank Jessica and her team for their support.

I am very impressed with Jessica and her quality of service. I had the best experience with her at Craig Counseling. The office is well decorated and smells great- it isn't what I expected at all when I thought about a therapy center. I feel really comfortable there. She is relevant, open-minded and funny. I strongly recommended her as an anxiety & depression therapist.

Jessica is an amazing therapist. When I moved to Charlotte, I truly needed somebody to help me to work through the change and help clear up my personal goals. She really cares and works hard to find realistic solutions to problems. I highly recommend her!
