Courteous Service but was charged for diagnosis and they a put screen on the phone but didn't fix it. It was the logic board. What did I pay diagnosis for again???

The guy inside store is nice, but did not have the battery I need for my phone. Good experience over all.

I dropped my phone and the screen stopped working. Went to CPR based on the reviews and can agree that Nick is amazing. He and Mark identified the issue and got to work replacing my screen. They saved me from having to purchase a new phone. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

These folks care about getting you the best price with reliable care. The gentleman who took care of my phone was thorough in explaining my back glass and camera replacement options, with the pros and cons of each. Plus, in spite of the parts needed not being in stock, they had the parts they needed and got my phone repaired within the week. Cracked the back on Monday, repaired and back in my hand on Thursday, and that's with a 4 year old phone. Because of the folks at CPR, I'm keeping my repair promise to keep this phone running as long as it wants to be alive. I'd like to add it's very likely they have newer phone parts in much higher supply than mine, of course. Definitely never going to ubreakifix with CPR being so close and considerate!
