    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They totally screwed up my orders and not one apology. I canceled $10,000 worth of appliances, they really didn't give a duck.

    I will never buy anything from Lowes again their policies are awful I ordered 9 windows from from Lowes In Bowling Green Ky I ordered my windows on 7 8 2021 they told me it would take 45 days complete but it been going on now t or to complete

    I ordered an upright freezer from Lowes online. It was scheduled for delivery Friday, June 18, through JB Hunt, but never arrived. Customer Service told me the driver tried to call, but only got voicemail. I tried calling back the missed calls, but there was no answer and no voicemail. This should not have been a reason for non delivery regardless considering I confirmed the delivery appointment though text message when requested to do so. We rescheduled for Tuesday, June 22, again confirmed the delivery window, and again no delivery. This time I received a delivery survey from JB Hunt and delivery confirmation from Lowes. I spoke to JB Hunt, Lowess in Clinton Township, MI, and Lowes corporate Customer Service. They could not explain the non delivery. Note that the delivery was to include removal of the old appliance. I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed when the appliance was back in the store. Something I have no control over as the appliance was never delivered! It has been two weeks and I still have not received a refund. I have since purchased a similar model from Best Buy and returned the old appliance through DTE recycling program.

    Well after talking to the store manager about a mess up in a phone call about a washer and dryer installation. I had purchased a matching washer and dryer with install package and extra warranty. The delivery department called me the day prior to the delivery. The lady that called tried to resale me the warranty and instalment plan that i had already purchased. After several attempts to tell the lady that i had the install on my recite she hung up. Due to other issues at the store i had the store managers number so i called him directly. He assured me that the issue would be fixed. The very next day i received a call from the delivery guy saying he was 2 minutes from my house with a washer and dry for drop off only. I promptly told him to take it back and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you deal with lowe's i would recommend that you never deal with there delivery department. You will only receive lies on top of lies with little to no actual help.
