        Had multiple issues with visual voicemail. Went into tmobile sardis rd north. Yvonya and David were super helpful and the problem was fixed really quickly! Love this store!

        Lynn is the worst ever, I went there for a minor consult about my account and she was only telling that I had to pay either way, I called TMobile customer service from there in front of her and they solved my problem easily. I ended up changing to AT&T because of the bad customer service from Lynn. Terrible. On the other hand Alynna the girl that speak Spanish is very friendly.

        Alinna thank you so much for been awesome and know the truth meaning of customer service, you really go beyond expectations,so helpful you definitely deserve a raise or something. you are the best worker that they have at the store, also you are bilingual and I was amazed in how you like to help people who also don’t speak very well english I can say you love your job and helping people, keep up the good job 👏
