Very terrible service at this location. Waited over 20 minutes because the employee was too busy having a good time with some of his regular clients. Not about T-Mobile services, about what they were doing in after his shift. Walked straight out and decided to go to another location. The other employee was too busy in the back talking on the phone!

Ramsey is the guy! After having a horrible experience at another T-Mobile I really wanted to get my Apple Watch. He was so helpful when I came in with questions about my Apple Watch he knows his stuff. He was so good I bought my husband back the next day to have him help us with his trade in. Every time Ramsey was able assist us and answer every question we had and made us feel comfortable about the next steps needed. Hes awesome!

DO NOT SHOP HERE went in for a phone upgrade they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so they upsold me onto the note 22 and through out the transaction he kept finding "promotions" that applied to my account due to me getting a "new flagship device" I was told they could give me the new galaxy buds for FREE because of the new device. I didn't even want the earbuds, but he kept offering them because they were "free." Throughout the 2 and a half hours I was there getting the new phone set up, I clarified well over 20 times that they were 100% free, no service charge, no EIP, nothing and every time, the answer was yes They were also throwing in a "free" screen protector because I got the $600 upsell. Then my first month bill had $18/month protection plan fee - $3.34/month screen protector - $19.17/month earbuds - and $1.67/month phone charger - $42.18 of unapproved chargers were added to my bill. After 90 minutes on the phone going back and forth with customer service trying to tell me they can't accept a refund without a receipt they finally gave me $150 bill credit after I was on my way to the store to sort it myself. Still having to pay approximately $100 for stuff I did not want nor need or even ask for but I do appreciate customer service guy I worked with that did his best to get it fixed for me but it's staying as a 1 star because this store and it's employees are awful. Sneaking stuff into your bill to pad their commission check. Tmobile is alright as a company but NEVER come to this location.
