        New to Verizon and my first encounter with a sales rep from the Verizon Store was very pleasant. Chillyaya was the sales specialist whom helped me activate my phone. She was very patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality. I came in the second time for help with another phone, and I only wanted to see her. Great customer service from her, I can’t speak about the others. Thank you
