Very short with me and said yes on line. I went on line and made an appointment. First thing they had was 5:00, so I killed about 3 hours waiting for my appointment. Went in and the same girl said it was still going to be 1.5 hours even though I had an appointment! I asked her why they took appointments, and she said I would just have to wait my turn. I left and never went back. I called and talked to John in the Swansboro NC office and he was awesome! I highly recommend him for your issues! He could not resolve my issue, but he at least tried!!
