The staff are courteous and friendly; the maintenance people are nice. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone because the apartment always seems to need some kind of repair, the surrounding property is unclean because residents are always tossing trash in the parking spaces and roads, the security gates are a joke, the police are frequently in the neighborhood because of domestic and crime issues, and the biggest reason is because my rent has been raised after just 1 year by an additional $492 even though I can see no apparent reason for the increase (no updated apartment, amenities or property improvements). I have also had to sign multiple amended leases because the leases were not proofread before they were sent to me for signature and contained multiple errors. Again, I would like to say all of the office people and maintenance staff are friendly and courteous, but the facts are the facts.

A great property with enjoyable amenities and convenient location. Staff is readily available, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
