I showed up at the worst timeright before the pandemicbut the capability, the hospitality and just straight human talent is what made me decide to choose Lincoln @ Dilworth. My first interaction was with was with Lindsey. Dont be fooled; shes super hot but the management, the amenities, the devotion to their tenants (trust me I was an interesting tenant and a handful yet they didnt bat an eye). They were always there when I needed them and even in my move-out process, Anna Laura showed up and completely changed my erratic anxious mood into a calm and cool persona. These people know what theyre doing; I have experience in customer service and I dont know where they learned it, but they are amazing and my experience here has been so wonderful. The only thing I dont like is the lack of rent control; its a regional thing, Im pretty sure that idea is dying left and right. But they have amenities, theyre not gonna nit pick at you; they are understanding and reasonableand it certainly helps that they are warm, welcoming and friendly by nature. I have never felt so welcome and at home especially in a place where I knew no one and originally felt alone. If youre planning on moving out herethis is truly a wonderful place to be.

WHERE TO START The apartment is right next to an emergency room so you will hear sirens and helicopters all day and night We moved in and all of our cupboards were bubbled. Our vents were filthy and floor was warped.. Guess what my cupboards are STILL bubbled Management does not care about the residents at all. We at 18 vehicles broken into in one night .. in our gated underground parking garage .. No cameras and nobody even notified residents of the break ins Elevator hardly works Front door doesnt work A OID THIS BUILDING THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE AVAILABLE APARTMENTS CONSISTENTLY!!!
