DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPLEX!!! If I could put ZERO stars I wouldve! The staff here is very rude & unprofessional. They dont respond to service request or phone calls & when I finally did get someone on the phone they hung up on me! I have mold growing inside of my apartment, that was brought to their attention several times & NOTHING was about it!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!

Today's experience on the phone with Ashley from HillRock Estates was nothing short of amazing ! I have been on the search for housing options for the last few months now. The search at times has been very challenging and exhausting . Not today with Ms. Ashley ! She was so efficient, knowledgeable, kind and overall joy to talk to. Thank You for all of your help today, I cant wait the tour property soon . Continue being great at what you do ! Thanks again

I don't write public reviews. In fact - this is my first, which I am very happy to share. My experience working with the staff, especially the Community Manager at HillRock Estates was exceptionally good. The professional, courteous, caring and encouraging words and actions were a fine example of what apartment management should be in all apartment complexes. The staff assisted two former tenants of mine and I, as their former landlord, in navigating the application process for relocating from our property to HillRock Estates. The relocation process was complicated by the requirements for those with Section 8 Vouchers, a looming deadline for our rental property sale closing, and the nuances of each tenants individual circumstances. Throughout the inevitable problems and potential "roadblocks" that threatened to derail the entire process, the staff remained positive, encouraging, and provided the timely assistance required for our former tenants to move into recently renovated apartment units that met their needs and most of their desires. As a former landlord, I understand the difficulty of managing rental property, and tenants. I greatly appreciate the sincere care I witnessed of the HillRock Estates (HRE) staff. I would and will recommend HRE to anyone seeking a rental community. Charles M. McClure
