I have finally fulfilled my dream of 8 years of living at the Waters Edge and its everything I hoped for. Just a few things I love are the garage parking, pool and fitness center, laundry room inside your apartment, balconies and being by the water is an absolute plus! I have been here a little over a year now and was able to bring my fur baby to this pet friendly community!

Perfect location. Spacious apartment with open floor plans. The pool and gym are great included amenities.

I enjoy the place itself, everyone seems kind, the apartment itself is nice. I have had a couple of issues though. The noise has become a bit of a concern. Initially it was tolerable but some nights it makes it difficult to sleep from the people above me. You can hear everything above you. My heat broke and it took multiple days to get fixed in the winter it was below 56 in my apartment one day. A lot of people dont respect the shared space whether coffee spills in the elevator or is left sitting in the lobby. Edit: I also forgot to mention I continued to find little details that werent necessarily apparent initially, one of the base boards under the cupboards is detached, the bathtub facet is loose, the lights flicker even after have maintained exchange Edit 2: I do want to update as I was reached out to. The community is nice and I would still recommend living here a lot of the issues Ive encountered do have solutions it was a matter of some of them not needing to occur. There are some things I havent mentioned but I do enjoy the living space. Majority of what you experience you either know of before hand or can be resolved, something such as the left turn onto out. The community itself is friendly. They do update existing issues such as replacing the garbage bins with a better garbage dump.
