Best features: large windows for plenty of natural light, quiet, in apartment washer and dryer, security entrances to the buildings, conveniently close (0.6 mi.) to Wegmans and Towne Center at Webster strip mall, adjacent to Charles E. Sexton Memorial Park (formerly known as North Ponds Park) with a one-mile paved walking path. Last summer my central air stopped working on a very hot and humid Sunday- it was 80F in my apt.by noon. After placing a service call, someone was thankfully sent out to fix it that day. I appreciate that kind of response. Residents and staff are friendly.

My husband & I have lived here for 2 years now and it's quiet, clean and everyone is very friendly. If we ever do have an issue the maintenance team is quick to respond. Highly recommend The Legends @ North Ponds!
