Waited for an hour to be seen. Customers that came after me were asked what they needed help with and I was ignored. The customers that came after me were called and I stood up and said I was there first. I was told to wait in a cubicle while the customers after me were being taken care of. I waited 15 mins and no one came so I left because I saw another customer was being attended to. Very unhappy.

My visits to this Valley Stream Chase Branch has always been pleasant. Free parking at the rear of the building and well lit, if visiting during evening hours. The employees are welcoming, professional, friendly and courteous. It is truly a neighbor branch, where a smiling staff member will acknowledge and address you if there is a short wait time. I appreciate the familiarity and trust they allowed for me to establish at this location.
