        I traveled internationally and added international monthly plan for $100 extra on my $80 unlimited plan, I didnt know that the international plan only give 250 min in and out , they put overage $139 I used only FaceTime to avoid overage they still put overage $ 174 I found out they charge FaceTime audio calls as regular calls they ripped off my bank account for 3rd bill $308 overage until I blocked them with my bank I took my number to other company

        No knowledge of problem I was having. Did something with my phone where things git deleted and now I have to add passwords to everything. After waiting then wasting at least 45 minutes with the guy he told me to call support. Horrible experience where I feel like I want to get rid of Verizon all together after paying so much for their services
