I have been to quite a few mobile carriers in the past and have never left truly satisfied UNTIL I went last T-Mobil in the Staten Island mall near Macys. Bryan, Nick and Leda we amazing! They were super patient (there are 6 people on my plan) as we made the switch over to T-mobile. They answered every question we had and helped us through every step with our new phones. They stayed way after closing to help us all transfer our information from old phones to new and showed (over and over) my 88 year old mom how to use her new flip phone! If you are a T-mobile customer I recommend only going to this store! If you arent a customer I suggest you switch! Thank Bryan, Nick and Leda for all you help and for making us laugh through your the whole experience!

My son had a issue with his phone connecting to social media. We went to forest ave T-Mobile and Yelisa did a SIM card swap and reset his internet settings. Still nothing worked so she recommended us to go to the apple store. Next day we went to apple store. They ran test and gave my son a new phone. Still after spending 2 hrs there. Phone was still unable to connect to the internet. The blamed it on T-Mobile service. So again we had to go to T-Mobile store. Went to the one upstairs in mall. The staff there was not helpful and knew nothing. They went into my account and even stated our phones was not purchased there. We had to go to the one down stairs by finish line where we initially bought them in October. That staff needs more training. So we end up going to T-Mobile by finish line and JCPenney. After waiting about 40 minutes because they were short staff. Yaya and Pamela , saved the day. They went into my account. Found out that there was a block on my sons phone that the company itself did. This seems to be an issue with a lot of customers. After switching that off and setting his right correctly. He was able to connect to his social media apps and steaming apps. These girls knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased after being frustrated going back and forth between stores. We missed Joannasia at this store lol. But these ladies really knew what to do. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend going to see them.
