If I could give them no stars I would. I think the way they hire lab techs for the Williamson draw station is by standing on street corners and asking passers-by, "Are you stupid." A reply of "yes" gets you the job. I mean, how else do you find people who can't locate a lab requisition? And when you call the doctor's office from the waiting room and hear them press the send button on their fax machine, they can't find that one, either. The tech would not tell me her name, otherwise I would definitely warn you to stay away from her. I suppose it's good enough, though, to warn you to stay away from this lab -- it's clearly run by rude and incompetent techs.

The most friendly and welcoming staff! I was in and out in maybe 15-20 min. The wait time was shorter than I expected and I went to a UR lab and was told at least an hour. Megan was my nurse. She was so nice and calming. I would definitely recommend them.

I know when I have to go get blood work done or any type of testing done the staff and there are so nice they make you feel so comfortable and they talk to you and it is very clean and nice never a long wait I think the longest I have ever had to wait was maybe 45 minutes when I went in there when it was packed but it’s an awesome place and I love the staff there

Quick and painless. I go to this location often. I always get friendly people for my lab work. This location can get very busy on Saturday so plan accordingly and bring a book to read. They go as fast as they can, but will also take the time for children or if someone is nervous. The best time to go if you can swing it is from 3pm until they close during the week. This location is very clean and the staff is great.
