        This was the 2nd time in 6 months that URMC labs did not process my labs correctly & asked me to come back so they can redo the labs. URMC makes it beyond difficult to get ANY resolution other than the patient (who is the customer) having to just accept being inconvenienced multiple times. Not ONE person thinks out of the box or accepts responsibility for issues. I don't care that you're sorry. Be accountable for your customers' experience. Please don't respond & give me a number to call so you can take a complaint & not do a thing about it. Been there. Done that. It's a complete waste of my valuable time. If I could give negative stars, I would.

        Theresa, front desk, clearly hates her job. Rude and unwilling to assist. Now looking at the reviews I am not surprised and clearly urmc doesn't care about patient treatment.

        We had a great experience here. My wife and I brought in our newborn for a blood draw. There was a little confusion about getting her in the system but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Our nurse during the blood draw was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process easier for us as new parents. I definitely recommend going here if needed.
