UR Medicine Labs – Brighton (Clinton Crossings)

This is the worst place to get lab work done . The reception ists are rude and unprofessional. I am supposed to get hip surgery and was standing in the rain for almost 1 hour because not everyone has a car. I was in serious pain and just wanted to check in and be done. The first reception said you have to check in on your phone , I said I couldn't then the second receptionist checked in a woman ,and when I went to check in after her 8 was told that because 8 was not elderly or old I had to walk back and check in on the tablet by the entrance. I don't know technology well, and I just wanted to sit because I'm in pain. So unprofessional and rude. I will not be going here again

Front desk staff is rude and the clinicians are incompetent. They took a blood sample on our infant but didnt draw enough blood, leading to null results and wasted trip / stress on the baby for nothing. Whats worse, even though there was a Stat order on the sample, they didnt even bother to update the system or tell anyone that the results were null, leading to a dangerous situation for our child given that pending treatments were dependent on the results of the sample. Certainly wont be going back to this dump.

Had a great experience here today. Check in was efficient. Time between check-in and bloodwork was quick, despite the large number of patients waiting. The entire staff, especially Latoya, was friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had to get my blood drawn on a busy Saturday morning and these guys were terrific! Fast, efficient, very pleasant (this in spite of the fact that we patients are usually grumpy when we have to wait). I was very impressed. And my phlebotomist Christine M. was a rockstar, especially considering my veins are super small and hard to pin down :)
