I was in and out in under 5 minutes! The phlebotomist Meghan was AMAZING! I seriously did not even feel the needle. She was efficient, calm, and so good at what she does. I hope I always get her when I need blood drawn!

HORRIBLE! Waited 35 min in an empty waiting room (no other patients waiting) while listening to the staff chatting and laughing behind frosted windows the entire time. When I was finally called back, the lady was very rude and abrupt, not listening to me at all. Refused to accept my after visit summary from urmc for my lab order even tho there is a sign posted in the waiting room stating exactly: all you need to show is the after visit summary from urmc to complete the lab order with them. She wouldn't even do me the courtesy of getting up from her chair for the minute it would take me to show her the sign. She just kept raising her voice and repeating herself as if I was too stupid to understand her. UNACCEPTABLE and a total waste of too much of my time and energy, causing me extreme stress and frustration. It was terrible, awful, actually THE WORST patient care I've received in a very long time! Completely unprofessional!!

They sent in my samples without labeling them so I had to redo it. It's exhausting having to do everyone's job for them they should know better.
