        The staff are all professional, kind and gentle. I don't mind getting my blood drawn at all when I go there.

        My husband referred me to this facility to have my blood drawn as his experience was good. I went there at 9:15am and waited for around 10 minutes to be called. The process went smoothly as expected. My veins aren't easy to find, and I have been poked multiple times in the past the draw blood, but this time, 1 poke and I was done. I am glad There was a sign at the receptionist window. "Do not knock." and it was shut. I think if people need someone to talk to, especially those who are visiting for the first time, they should have someone they can talk to. The parking is ample, and the facility is conveniently located near the Chili center.

        Its a very small lab, and I usually wait 10-15 minutes to be seen, but I think its worth it! They are always friendly and Courtney is the best phlebotomist Ive been to. Super friendly, pain free, and quick.
