My name is Jane and I am writing this review for Tewodros Beyene (Genesis Business Management Group LLC)
My daughter, needed an emergency ride from Alfred University to Rochester Airport in the middle of the night, no uber or lyft services were available at that particular time of the night last minute... I have called 15 different Rochester Airport Taxi services and nobody was picking up the phone because it was 2am in the morning. Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). This man drove 1.5 hours each way in the middle of the night... And thanks to him, my daughter was ON TIME for her 7am flight!!! I am so grateful for his service! I am not sure why some of the reviews are negative here... Our experience, was so grateful and incredible!

Ordered a cab for 4am to get to the airport for our international flight, no one showed. Luckily there were Uber drivers out.

Thankfully Uber exists now. Couldn't imagine having to rely on a company like this. Literally just didn't show up to a scheduled appointment.
