I'd highly recommend this company. I was in New York recently and used their service. I left my earphones in the car that took us to the airport. By time I got home, I had a call from Michael (owner?) asking me if I was missing something. After identifying the item, Michael offered to send them to me in California free of charge. It was enough to have found my earphones but to have Michael call to tell me I'd left them and to return them to me quickly was above and beyond for me. The company is very professional, reasonably priced, and offers service above the norm! Thanks, Michael.

I would highly recommend this company. Michael was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had originally booked a wine tour with another company. That company unexpectedly cancelled on me 3 days before my trip. In calling around to find another company we found Executive Transportation. Michael had a cancellation the same day as our trip, when I explained what happened he scheduled us right away. He called me to confirm and make sure we were on the same page. He arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up, the car was very clean, he allowed us to play whatever music we wanted and was just overall wonderful throughout the entire day. Thanks to Michael and Executive Transportation we had an excellent wine tour

I could not be more delighted to have found Michael Evans and Executive Transportation. My elderly mother was arriving solo at Rochester airport at night, and I didnt want her relying on Uber. Michael was not only waiting for her exactly as planned, but he carried her bag upstairs and gave me text updates every step of the way. He is utterly reliable and a great communicator. We will definitely be calling on Michael in the future!
