I booked Pink Me up Limo well in advance for my 7 year old's birthday party. I checked in often with the owner to confirm. 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, she called and cancelled stating an "oil leak." She offered no other alternative, and when I asked her what I was supposed to do she said "you're just going to have to cancel the party." Yeah, you tell that to a 7 year old on her birthday when she is dressed up waiting for a limo. Granted the owner only has one limo but if this is your business, I am pretty sure if an oil leak had gotten that bad that the car was undrive-able, she could have fixed it sooner. I am not buying her excuse and it doesn't even matter if it actually was an oil leak, what business does this, cancels with 15 minutes notice. Absolutely disgusted with this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Call another company that has more vehicles and cares about their customers.
