        I used to love using this cab company as they were very dependable and fast. For the last year or so they have been extremely poor service wise, when you can even get someone to answer the phone. I tried to get a cab this morning for the first time in months, only to speak to a woman I could barely understand who told me that the company is medical transport only now. Well, it should be advertised as such then. I will never call this company again and will advise others not to as well. If I could give zero stars I would.

        During the winter when snowing NO OTHER cab companies would even answer the phone, but Park Ave Transportation picked up on the first ring, and was at my apartment in ten minutes. The driver was friendly and drove great in the snow!!
