This place is awful! Do not go here. After calling twice about bringing in my infant son for bloodwork they said just make an appointment. I made an appointment, sat in the a tiny waiting room with a bunch of other people during a pandemic where my son is to young to wear a mask. We waited 30 mins past our appointment time! When they call us up they proceeded to tell me they dont do pediatric blood work and we need to go to a different location.
When you book an appointment and state that its pediatric blood work, wouldnt it be common decency to call the patient and say we dont do blood work for this age here before I even come!!!

The phlebotomist was rude with lack of friendliness and inexperienced. She did not wanted to help at all however, her personal call was more important that she raised her finger at me to wait. Also, as far as I know you cant wiggle the needle inside the skin to get the blood out. Not only did she scratched me with it but left me bruised. She also rolled her eyes when I told her I couldnt fast because Im diabetic. After she drew my blood and I was putting my coat on, she said my mother is diabetic the best time to come is very early fasting. First this is offensive, second every diabetic is different and third if I dont eat my glucose levels are usually very low in the morning therefore I have to eat and CANNOT FAST. I will not go back to this location, not only was she rude at the fact that I keep telling her to call my insurance to verify that it was active. Her response was you can call them follow by saying Im here to do JUST specifics of my job here nothing else you can give me you credit card. She also said you can have it done at you doctors office they do blood work there, umm! Theres a reason why I didnt go there and this location works for me because I work and I cant just take off to drive 30 minutes back and fort just for blood work. Please stay away from this LabCorp. If you dont like your job, quit and find something else dont do it for flexibility and money, people that need to do blood work have personal reasons.
