Friendly sale with slightly subpar service. The store was completely empty without any service staff on sight during my first 5 minutes there. The price is slightly higher, But with free delivery. The guy I talked to Mark cannot provide me with a business card for future contact.

Walked into mattress firm on west 14th St and got such a warm and super friendly welcome from Rashad! Straight away we knew we were in the right mattress shop! We asked 100 questions about our mattress options as my husband has a sore back! Not only was he patient with all the questions he was a great sales person and recommend the perfect mattress we wanted and needed he also has such a good personality and a pleasure to serve us! Def recommend mattress firm and Rashad

Great salesperson, found me the right mattress in a very short amount of time. Mattress arrived 2 days later and I love it. Will definitely be purchasing from this location again.
