Monica was awesome! She really was a "sleep expert" and was able to match us with mattresses that met both our comfort preferences and budget. She was attentive, sincere and made us laugh! Thanks for a great shopping experience. Also, for people looking at this particular location - don't be fooled by the small storefront. There's a large bottom floor!

The in-store personnel were very kind and helpful but the end result was as disappointing as it gets. Ordered a couple pillows that were supposed to get delivered within a week or two. Following its failure to be delivered, every week for an additional 3 weeks I was promised its at the warehouse, next week for sure it will be here and it never arrived. After more than a month I had to cancel the order because it was clear that it was never going to be delivered.

my mattress was delivered this morning with no hiccups. the 2 delivery men were very polite and professional and set up very quickly. kudos to Salome and his helper!
