Antonio was all smiles and promises while in the store. I explicitly asked him how long will it take to ship, I do not want to wait months for a chair. "One week, no problem" he says. It's been three weeks, still no chair. Antonio hasn't responded to multiple emails. I don't even have a tracking number yet. They sure were quick to bill the $2000 immediately though. Typical salesman.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Had the pleasure of being assisted by a representative named Antonio who answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of all the products I was interested in. Made the experience much more personal and I felt my investment was a good one!
