I really want to support the community, my assumption is a credit union is in the business of helping a community build wealth - but they dont have any good savings plans or interest rates that entice keeping funds here. There is a lot of wealth in the neighborhood and with better service and products more people would use the institution.

Absolute worst customer service ever! No one will ever answer the telephone if you try to call the main branch - and the in-app messaging is useless as never any response to that either. This attitude provides little faith that they can responsively manage banking functions. Closing my account and moving it elsewhere.

I sent a Bill pay to my account to pay my credit card but I don't see that the payment has been reflected. I have been paying my card for several months with that method and it turns out that this past month that the card should have been paid today, to date it has not been paid. I have the automatic payment of Bill Pay from my Bank America account to this bank. note: payment was due to have been made after 16 november. I need help
