It’s really bad experience.I rented 15 Passanger van for my family for the holiday and it was really dirty and the seats were ripped and the wipers were broken and the van was shaking really bad and then after I returned the car 3 days before my rental is over they over charged me like $600 and when I called the manager her name is MARCI HERNANDEZ she told I can’t help you and if you wanna complain about this talk to my boss and my boss is GOD because I don’t have boss or you can go to the police or the court and she was very Rude over the phone and I asked her to transfer me to her boss or the owner she refused . Really bad experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone please stay away from this place

Rented a minivan from this place for 6 days and was given a vehicle that had the whole passenger side dented. I let it go because we really needed the car although we made the reservation weeks in advance and should've been given better. It only got worse from there as the battery died while we were away. I called and reported the battery dying then called again to let them know that someone had jump started the minivan for us. I had requested that the manager, Marci, call me when she was in the office. I never received a call so I called her and she said that she needed to hear from the mechanic before issuing a credit and that she would call me back. I again never received a call so I called her back being that at this point there had been a $2200 hold on my card for 3 weeks. Marci said she would call me back in 20 minutes and I never received a call back but I received an invoice with no credit and my card hold was adjusted to a charge for the full price. This company needs to do better than my experience of poor inventory and even poorer management or lack thereof. Unfortunate circumstances happen and can be forgiven but their dumpster fire excuse for customer service is unforgivable.
