not pleased at all. Too many issues from pick-up to drop-off, questionable vehicle, unresponsive customer service, mis-leading online information, etc. Will not use Avis again.

Big shout out to Theresa and Herbert and to all the staff at the 216 W 76th St Avis. They are awesome! Always with a warm greeting and they get you to your car quickly - despite how busy this branch gets! Always rent from here. Good people

It's easy when everything is going well you smile and show manners, but it's hard and it's important to be polite and have a good attitude when a problem comes up. Our rented car wasn't there for us to pick up, so we had to take the cars available which was much cheaper. One of the people working there was so not serious, checking on his cell phone and joking around not understanding how frustrated we were. Although it was their website problem, We had to remind them to match price which the person working there said contact customer service. Lol Avis is first come first serve and even though we were waiting a long time to get a car replaced, they offered a few cars to other people after us in line. We mentioned that too. The manager himself wanted to help us, but didn't know how to so had to call and ask someone which is ok. The car window was not properly cleaned either. In general not happy and we had such a long wait and a bad experience.
