They came to pick up the car, but they didnt give it to us. Due to the fact that the previous tenant did not return the car. They did not send us a letter, but they said that they called us in the morning of the same day. They didnt offer to provide any other car in return, they just asked me to come that same evening, about 5-6 hours later. Which is simply impossible, since when booking a car, we count on a certain time. This is extremely unacceptable. Since other companies offer options. And other offices of this company also offer other options. But this office refused us. I had to cancel my reservation.

I returned a car to them and the next morning they blew up my phone saying I made a dent in the passenger seat. I never damaged the car, the guy who checked it in the car when I returned it had given me a thumbs up upon inspection. I called customer service and they had no complaint recorded from this location. I called the location back several times, no one answered. So basically you made a false accusation, probably wanted to scam me and then disappeared when I called you out. Very professional

Price was good and employee was respectful. However, they cancelled my reservation (held with full credit card info) without notification when I was late in traffic and untruthfully claimed they left me a message. And they said there are no cars left after canceling the reservation. The harm they caused by ruining the entire family plan will never bring me back to this company. Paying more elsewhere was much better.
