Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not sure what is happening with this location. My insurance company set up a reservation while my car was involved in an incident. Kyle called early this morning to advise receipt of the res and said sometime by early afternoon I would be picked up. I called at 2pm and now been on the phone for 12 minutes with someone that wants to give me a bigger car at higher rate than insurance will pay. I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 15 MINUTES. I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CALL THEM. You would think someone would try to call me back. Its now 3:22pm and no one is calling me back or answering their phones. They close at 5:30pm.

Service was terrible. You speak to clerk and they tell you one thing , when you get there, no one knows what your talking about.

The utmost best experience Ive ever had renting a vehicle in my entire life. They went all the way to Brooklyn to get me a car that I need for my family to take a trip to Florida. When I tell you outstanding service. Unbelievable the car was clean. The place was clean, full tank of gas Beautiful vehicle customer service to the tea I cannot thank them enough for being such an awesome awesome rental facility.

Who in that plaza is responsible for upkeep of the outdoors? Litter and garbage all over the lawn and lot. Gives all the businesses on the lot an eye sore before you even pull into the lot. Just a FYI, I know your business is not directly responsible but it does reflect on everyone in the plaza
