Arlyn was so kind, friendly and helpful today. Moreover, Mr. Martinez solved my problem within 2 minutes! Just amazing!! He is definitely one of the best here!!! Again, thank you so much for everything, Arlyn!
This place is definitely my favorite branch in this area. Especially, I love the classical music playing all the time. Very relaxing and cultured. It is so rare nowadays. I even appreciate this wonderful background music there. People at this bank definitely know about its positive effects on our moods.

Worst banking experience Ive received, I approached a teller asking is there any customer service rep at this branch location who can help me with a debit card issue. Only to be put waiting for 30 minutes, on a line where I eventually saw them taking customers just walking in while Ive been waiting just due to familiarity with them. I literally just opened an account and I just want to address my issues with the teller and find resolve, only to be stuck for a while in a line and not even be seen. Would not recommend going to.

Polite and helpful, I needed a new card, and had zero issues.
