Could not be more happy with the management, location, and overall amenities of The Cole. Special thanks to Chase who was attentive, patient, and very timely in his assistance as we got our documents in order and secured the apartment (per his commitment that we would be first in line for approval), and Val, who provided excellent service in the weeks coming up to the move in date, providing a personalized call and assuring packages would be properly stored and delivered as they arrived. Couldn't imagine having done a move like this without such an A+ team!

Apartments are very small and more expensive than most buildings in the area. The gym has no free weights, TVs don’t work, and has a horrible smell. Common room is filled with nannies and small children all day and gets cleaned too infrequently. Many of the doorman are excellent but they frequently change over. I’ve never had a doorman hold the door when I have luggage or groceries or bring a cart to my car. They are great at giving you packages and not so great with security. The building looks very nice and they keep the floors clean. They do have quality appliances In most apartments. The Cole fails to deliver value considering the very high rental prices and TINY apartments.
