Great new building and the first skyscraper by famous British-Ghanaian architect Sir David Adjaye (born 1966), best known for the National Museum of African American History and Culture in DC. I loved the cool shaded public plaza in front of the building, which is noticeable in space-starved Lower Manhattan. The architecture itself with the arches is reminiscent of the fascist Palazzo della Civilta Italiana in Rome (now headquarters of Fendi). The building is close to Frank Gehry's 8 Spruce Street.

This building is GREAT dont get me wrong - But idk what management allowed the current doorman to be hired. Ive had enough of his harassment, and Ive seen him harass other female guests. Its gotten disturbing. ok so were deleting reviews now! - my review was taken down just minutes after posting this the first time. Worry about the employees instead of Google reviews.

Love the details here! Very famous architect, David Adjaye. Hes an incredible architect and his first residential project in the big city is quite the size. The facade and interior. Amenity packages. All are quite tasteful. Not the best fan of the location however this is unique and is well built, hence reason why this building performs just better than many others around in FiDI. Now 90% sold.
