We absolutely love living in this building! The doormen are kind and helpful - the management are responsive and it's just a really wonderful building to live in! We have been here nearly a year and have no plans to move.

Amazing location, the staff in the building is great but the general managment is so so so so bad. SO bad I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here - unless they get new managment.

I have to ask why the management is allowing the children of my ex-neighbor to rent the place at the 1983 rent, even though the child had left years ago, got married, and had kids in the meanwhile. How is this fair to other tenants who pay market rent?

Maybe move in in 2020....I live here now and it’s a great place...if you wake up before 8...there is CONSTANT construction, so you can’t go to bed late or you’ll wake up to drills. Honestly if management was better and would start construction at 9 or 930 things would be a lot better. At this point it’s just not worth moving in.
